Exchange & Return Policy

You can return unused, unwashed and unworn merchandise items in their original condition and packaging for store credit within 30 days from the date your order was placed for an exchange of the same or similar item purchased. We do not offer refunds as items cannot be restocked or resold because of hygiene and safety reasons due to the nature of the products, undergarments being sold.

An approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our Return Center is required for all return and exchanges. To receive your RMA#, please click and follow the link below to our Return Center.

Damaged, and or defective items are eligible for an exchange of the same item and size product purchased by customer at no cost, less shipping costs. To be eligible, a claim must be opened and reported by customer to our Return Center by clicking the link below within 5 days of an order being delivered as confirmed by postal carrier tracking information linked to customers order. Damaged or defective items not reported within 5 days will not be eligible for an exchange. Damaged and defective claims are eligible for an exchange at no cost for the exact same item and size that was originally ordered by customer. Requests for a different item or size will follow the policy on exchange and returns where customer will be responsible for shipping return label fees as described below.

We do not offer store credit, refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect shipping addresses listed with orders, sale items, shipment delays, refused packages, return to sender, lost and or stolen packages, or items sent back to us without an approved RMA#. 

Once your order is placed and confirmed with an order number, it cannot be changed or canceled due to the high volume of orders being processed and your item being taken out of inventory for processing. So before placing an order for purchase, please make note that you have chosen the right size, added the correct shipping address, etc.… prior to checking out.  Returns and exchanges apply for orders from the United States & Canada only.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns on orders placed for a single item for the first time are free minus shipping and taxes for the United States and Canada only. Customers are responsible for a minimum $10.95 return shipping label fee per item for returns within the United States, and or a minimum $16.95 return shipping label fee per item for returns within Canada. Multiple items ordered by a customer will incur an exchange shipping label fee equal to the shipping cost paid by the company to ship customers original order.

For safety and hygiene, any items purchased from our company, including but not limited to panties, briefs, waist trainers, body shapers, leggings, sport bras, shirts must be tried on over panties or undergarments. We may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done. Items may be returned if they meet the following requirements: They have not been used, worn, stained, or washed. There should be no stretch marks, wrinkles, dander, pet hair, crumbs or any visible debris on items being returned. Furthermore, all original tags must be attached on items and in original packaging with no odor other than the items natural product odors are acceptable.

In shipping your item, please use an insured and trackable method. Keep all documentation pertaining to the package your shipping back to us so that you can make a claim with your carrier, should it become misplaced or lost in transit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Allow 3-5 business days from the time your return is received for follow up from our returns department for the inspection and processing of your return.  All returns are subject to the approval and inspection of our returns department. Upon approval, you will receive an email stating your store credit to reorder a different size.

Please note that returns and exchanges that do not meet our policy, will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. We reserve the right to make these decisions. If your return is not accepted, a $10.95 fee for a return shipping label for orders from the United States will be charged to send your original order and return back to you. A $16.95 fee for a return shipping label for orders from Canada will be charged to send your original order and return back to you. Multiple items ordered by a customer will incur an exchange shipping label fee equal to the shipping cost paid by the company for their original order.
